About the Event
MILWAUKEE JAZZ INSTITUTE FUNDRAISER FOR JOHN PRICE AND HIS FAMILY
An Event at Blu (23rd Floor of the Pfister Hotel)
A long-time Milwaukee jazz musician and teacher is battling pancreatic cancer along with a huge financial burden due to mounting medical bills. Please help support our friend John Price and his family by attending our MJI event at Blu on the 23rd floor of the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee on Tuesday, May 25 from 5:30-8 PM. The evening will feature jazz performances by MJI faculty and friends, some of the area's finest musicians. Enjoy the beautiful view, hear great music, and support a worthy cause. Ten percent of bar sales and all other money raised that evening will go directly to help John and his family. There is no fee to attend, but we ask all guests to consider making a contribution to the Price family. If you are unable to attend, you can still support them by donating here: https://gofund.me/22ef23dc
If you plan to attend, no RSVP is required, but it will help us better prepare as COVID capacity restrictions are still in effect. An RSVP is not a guaranteed reservation. Attendance at Blu is first come first serve and is open to the public.
